Nursing Facility Joins SentosaCare’s Network
SentosaCare recently acquired The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing located in Southampton, New York.
The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 280-bed skilled nursing facility with private and semi-private rooms located in the heart of wine country on Long Island. The facility currently has a 96.8% occupancy rate. The Hamptons Center provides a full range of services for its residents, including rehabilitation, medical, housekeeping, lab work, and physical therapy.
In being acquired by Ben Landa’s and Ben Philpson’s SentosaCare, the center joins New York’s largest nursing home network, caring for thousands of residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Some of the specialized services at The Hamptons Center include: Azheimer’s/dementia care, long-term care, pain management, short-term rehabilitation care, and subacute care. The rehabilitation program offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
The purchase of The Hamptons Center was made with a $54.5 million bridge loan through Greystone, a leading national provider of multifamily and health care mortgage loans. SentosaCare’s Landa and Philipson worked with Fred Levine, originator in Greystone’s Monsey, N.Y., office, to close the loan.
“We’re an organization that places high importance on relationships, and after 10 years of working together, we believe Greystone shares the same values,” said Philipson.
